To the eye, a lemony yellow color with light gold reflections with an extremely fine foam

On the nose, a perfumed wine with an aromatic palette of a sweet blend of dried lime blossom, verbena, lemon zest and cream. Notes of buttery shortcrust pastry, cloves and chalk give it its character made of charm and character.
